All of Xiamen Hemeitong changes hands as Meiwu Technology (WNW) closes a cash deal.

September 24, 2026 - 04:18

All of Xiamen Hemeitong changes hands as Meiwu Technology (WNW) closes a cash deal.

Meiwu Technology has finalized a deal to acquire full ownership of Xiamen Hemeitong, marking a significant shift in the company's operational structure. The transaction, which was settled entirely in cash, closed on September 22, 2026. According to the terms of the agreement, Meiwu paid RMB235.2 million to the sellers at the time of closing.

With the deal now complete, Xiamen Hemeitong is wholly owned by Xiamen Chunshang, a subsidiary of Meiwu Technology. This move consolidates Hemeitong's assets and operations under the Meiwu corporate umbrella, ending its previous status as an independently held entity.

The acquisition signals Meiwu's intent to expand its footprint in the sector where Hemeitong operates. While specific plans for integration were not disclosed, the full transfer of equity suggests a direct absorption of Hemeitong's business into Meiwu's existing framework. The cash payment of RMB235.2 million reflects the assessed value of the company at the time of the sale.

Observers note that such deals often aim to streamline decision making and reduce overhead by removing separate ownership layers. For Meiwu, the purchase could provide access to Hemeitong's customer base, technology, or regional presence, depending on the nature of its business. The closing date of September 22, 2026, confirms that all regulatory and financial conditions were met by that point.

Neither party has issued additional statements about future changes to staffing, branding, or service lines. The transaction stands as a completed transfer of control, with Xiamen Chunshang now holding full ownership of Xiamen Hemeitong.
