GMEX Robotics Corporation has completed its acquisition of a 30 percent equity interest in Alpha Meta AI Pte. Ltd., a company also known as MediaMeta that focuses on artificial intelligence powered technologies. The transaction gives GMEX Robotics exclusive access to social intelligence technology developed by Alpha Meta AI. As part of the agreement, GMEX Robotics holds an option to increase its ownership position and eventually become the controlling shareholder of the company.
The two parties said the deal aligns their long term interests and strengthens the artificial intelligence platform that GMEX Robotics is building. By securing a significant minority stake, GMEX Robotics gains direct integration of Alpha Meta AI's tools into its own systems. The social intelligence technology is expected to support data analysis and decision making across several applications.
The consideration for the acquisition was not disclosed in the summary. The completion of the deal marks a step forward for GMEX Robotics as it expands beyond its core robotics operations into advanced AI software and analytics. Alpha Meta AI, based in Singapore, specializes in machine learning models that interpret social data patterns. The partnership is intended to accelerate product development for both companies while giving GMEX Robotics a competitive edge in the growing market for AI driven insights.
